立案后，昌都市人民检察院针对发现的问题，精心制作调查问卷，发放至社会各界人士，积极倾听民声民意，并对《民法典》第一百八十四条“好人条款”进行普法宣传。通过问卷调查发现，大部分市民在昌都市辖区内的公共场所未见配备AED，且普遍认为在公共场所配备AED很有必要。随即，昌都市人民检察院检察长专门主持召开检察听证会，邀请人大代表、政协委员、“益心为公”志愿者、行政机关就昌都市公共场所规范配置AED事宜进行公开听证。听证会上，各方形成了一致的听证意见，行政机关表示将按照听证意见，加强与有关部门沟通协作，对公共场所AED情况进行科学规划，组织专家为昌都市区AED配置进行科学规划，并开展急救知识和技能培训等工作，逐步完善公共急救支持性环境，持续推动健康昌都建设。
